Centre NGO strengthens Haiti’s nonprofit sector by building the information, skills, and visibility organizations need to advance their work.

Since 2016, we have served Haitian-led and Haiti-focused organizations through nonprofit data, practical training, research, and editorial coverage. Our work connects organizations across Haiti and its diaspora with resources they can use to strengthen their operations and serve their communities.

Your donation sustains that shared foundation, from maintaining our nonprofit directory to developing learning resources and documenting the sector.

Our Impact So Far

Our work to date includes:

  • 700+ vetted Haitian-led and Haiti-focused nonprofits listed in our directory, making their missions, activities, and contact information easier to discover.

  • 59 nonprofits directly supported through assessments, training, and platform membership.

  • 40+ organizational assessments and donor briefs developed to inform organizational planning and fundraising.

  • Hundreds of participants trained in fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, donor stewardship, and program design through iLearn Saturday.

  • Two capacity-development programs launched: Global Connect for Change in 2023 and iLearn Saturday in 2024.

  • An expanded digital platform relaunched in 2025 to improve access to nonprofit information, learning, and resources.

  • Years of on-the-ground data collection in Haiti that established the foundation for our directory and sector mapping.
